Each system is built around the Heritage Rough Rider Tactical Cowboy .22 LR revolver, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and performance.
To maintain consistency and reliability, the Revolver Seal is currently offered as part of a complete, professionally assembled package.
How the Revolver Seal Works
At the core of the system is a precision-machined clamshell device that surrounds the cylinder gap—the area where high-pressure gas typically escapes during firing.
When installed, the two halves of the Revolver Seal enclose this gap and form a contained chamber.
High-temperature sealing components and precision internal geometry allow the system to capture and control the gas that would otherwise vent sideways.
Instead of escaping into open air, this gas is redirected forward into the suppressor—allowing it to function effectively.
