The Revolver SeaL Approach
Revolvers have always been known for their reliability and simplicity—but they also have a unique characteristic
When a round is fired, high-pressure gas escapes from the gap between the cylinder and the barrel. This “cylinder gap” results in lateral gas discharge as part of the revolver’s normal operation.
This side discharge is inherent to traditional revolver designs and influences how gas exits the system during firing.
How It Works
1. Modify
The clamshell design installs around the cylinder gap to alter the geometry at the point of gas discharge
2. Align
Precision-machined surfaces and high-temperature materials maintain consistent positioning and fit under operating conditions.
3. Redirect
Gas flow is redirected along the bore axis rather than venting laterally from the cylinder gap.
Built for a Proven Platform
The Revolver Seal™ is currently designed for use with the Heritage Rough Rider Tactical Cowboy and Tactical Rancher .22 LR revolver. This platform provides a consistent interface for proper fit, alignment, and performance at the cylinder gap.
At this time, the Revolver Seal is available as part of a package with the compatible revolver to ensure consistent installation and alignment. Stand alone kits and additional platform support are in development.

Titan .22
Available as a standalone product, compatible with the Heritage Rough Rider Tactical Cowboy and Rancher .22 LR platform. As well as other properly threaded .22 caliber firearms.
Titan .17 HMR
A purpose-built .17 HMR suppressor engineered specifically for the velocity and pressure characteristics of the .17 HMR cartridge. One of the first suppressors developed specifically for this caliber, it is designed to deliver reliable sound and blast reduction while maintaining accuracy and consistent performance.
Optimized for the unique gas dynamics of the .17 caliber platforms, it provides a balanced shooting experience without compromising precision or ease of use.
