The Revolver SeaL Solution
Revolvers have always been known for their reliability and simplicity—but they’ve never worked well with suppressors.
When a round is fired, high-pressure gas escapes from the gap between the cylinder and the barrel. This “cylinder gap” vents gas sideways, creating noise and blast that a suppressor cannot capture.
The result: traditional suppressors are largely ineffective on most revolver platforms.
How It Works
1. Capture
The clamshell system encloses the cylinder gap, preventing gas from escaping sideways.
2. Seal
High-temperature O-rings and precision-machined surfaces maintain a tight seal under pressure.
3. Redirect
Gas is directed forward into the suppressor, where it can be effectively managed.
4. Suppress
With the gas contained, the suppressor performs as intended—reducing sound and blast.
Built for a Proven Platform
The Revolver Seal™ is currently designed for use with the Heritage Rough Rider Tactical Cowboy .22 LR revolver. This platform provides the ideal foundation for the system, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and performance.
At this time, the Revolver Seal is only available as part of a package with the compatible revolver. Standalone kits and additional platform support are in development.
Suppressor Options

Titan .22 (Add-On)
Available as a bundled or optional attachment. Use it on the Heritage Rough Rider Tactical Cowboy .22 LR revolver or any other threaded .22 you have.

A purpose-built .17 HMR suppressor engineered for rimfire level performance and precision shooting. Designed to give shooters a smoother, quieter shooting experience while preserving accuracy and ease of use. Built for the velocity and gas dynamics of .17 calibers.
